Job Description:
As a Content Creator at Team Cycles, you will play a pivotal role in capturing the essence of our brand through captivating visual content. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for producing high-quality images/video and engaging multimedia content that showcases our products, services, and brand identity across various digital platforms.
Responsibilities:
1. Photography:
· Create visually compelling product images, lifestyle shots, and action shots featuring our bikes, accessories, and related merchandise.
· Utilize photography equipment and editing software to produce high-resolution images that meet the standards of the brand.
· Coordinate and execute photoshoots, ensuring that all necessary equipment and props are prepared.
· Maintain an organised digital library of images for easy access and retrieval.
2. Content Creation:
· Develop creative concepts for visual content that align with the brand’s marketing objectives and target audience.
· Produce engaging multimedia content, including videos, GIFs, and interactive graphics, to enhance the online presence of the brand.
· Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and other team members to brainstorm ideas and plan content calendars.
· Ensure that all content produced adheres to brand guidelines and reflects the brand’s tone and messaging.
3. Social Media Management:
· Contribute to the creation and scheduling of social media posts across various platforms, including Instagram, Tik Tok and Youtube.
· Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in social media marketing to continually optimise content strategy.
4. Collaboration and Communication:
· Work closely with the Marketing Manager and other members of the marketing team to align content creation efforts with overall marketing strategies and goals.
· Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales to gather information and assets for content creation.
Qualifications:
· Degree in Photography, Design, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
· Proven experience in photography and content creation, with a portfolio showcasing your work.
· Proficiency with photography equipment and editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
· Strong creative vision and ability to translate concepts into compelling visual content.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
· Knowledge of social media platforms and experience managing social media accounts for businesses.
· Passion for cycling and outdoor activities is a plus.
