Welcome to our brand-new booking system where you can efficiently book out our Demo Bikes or hire one of our many Bicycle Travel Cases if you are going abroad!

To book items, simply follow the steps to the right or below (depending on device):

DEMO BIKES*
Our Demo Bikes are all available to hire out over a 4 day period only. This is to allow you to have 2 full days with the bike and a day either side for pick-up and drop-off. Take it away during the week, or even a weekend holiday, the choice is yours!

Hire example:
Day 1 / Pick the bike up from in-store
Day 2 / RIDE
Day 3 / RIDE
Day 4 / Return the bike to us.

Demo Bike Hire Fee:
£100 for 4 day hire.
To guarantee your hire, bikes must be booked out by 12pm the day BEFORE your pick up day. Unless agreed by a manager by calling us on 0191 300 1590.

*Should you enjoy your demo bike and wish to purchase one, your demo fee will be deducted from the price of the bike.

Travel Cases
Our Travel Cases are available to hire from a minimum of 7 Days, up to 14 Days max. (Please contact us direct if you need a longer hire period)
The Travel Cases which we offer are Bike Box Alan Premium Bike Boxes which is capable of fitting any road bike and most 29er MTB's.

Travel Case Hire Fee:
£60 for 7 day hire (+£10 per extra day).
£100 for 14 day hire.
