Premium Courier Tracked Bike delivery
This service is used mostly frequently.
Our mechanics will give your new bike a full PDI check over setting up all of the following. Brakes/gearing/Full bolt check and any E-Bike diagnostics if applicable.
Some small assembly will be required when the bike is received. you will be required to fit pedals/align handle bars and in some cases a front wheel.
Your new bike will then be repacked in a large box securely with extra packing to make sure this is safe in transit.
We use DPD as our main courier as soon as we have finished a email with full invoice details and tracking will be sent.
You will then be able to log in to the DPD and track your new bike from leaving us to delivery within 1-2 working days!!

Due to the high numbers of bikes currently being sold, Please check your basket for an accurate despatch and delivery date.
In-Stock Parts and Accessories
All in-stock orders will be dispatched on the same working day if placed before 13.00pm.(Excluding weekends, Bank Holidays and Public holidays).
You will be notified via email of any deliveries which fall outside of this time.
Out-Of-Stock Parts and Accessories and Bikes
Non-stock orders will be dispatched as soon as we receive them from the supplier. This is usually within 2-4 working days, excluding weekends, but due to the delays for some suppliers and with some couriers, it can sometimes be longer than this.If you would like an exact date, please give us a call or email us before you order.
