How to use your voucher with us...
Step 1 - Choose your bike
Start by choosing the bike you would like, along with any eligible accessories covered by your scheme. At Team Cycles, we are happy to spend as long as you need helping you choose the right bike for your commute, your riding style, and your budget.
Step 2 - Send us your details by email
If you are using Cyclescheme, please order as normal via our online checkout. If you are using any other voucher provider, please email [email protected] with the following information:
- Full Name
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Full UK Home Address
- Bike Make/Model AND Size
- Accessories (if required)
Step 3 - We confirm the order with you
Once we have your chosen bike and voucher details, we will confirm the next steps and make sure your order is processed correctly before the bike is prepared.
