What Cycle to Work vouchers do we accept?
We accept vouchers from most major Cycle to Work providers, including:
Bike2Work, Green Commute Initiative, Cycle Solutions, Halfords, Cyclescheme, and most other major Cycle to Work vouchers.
How to use your voucher with Team Cycles
Step 1 - Choose your bike
Start by choosing the bike you would like, along with any eligible accessories covered by your scheme. At Team Cycles, we are happy to spend as long as you need helping you choose the right bike for your commute, your riding style, and your budget.
Step 2 - Send or use your voucher
Once you have chosen your bike, the next step depends on which Cycle to Work provider you are using.
If you are using Cyclescheme: add your chosen bike to the basket, select the Cyclescheme payment option at checkout, and complete the process through our dedicated Cyclescheme checkout area.
If you are using any other voucher provider: Fill out the form below and we will be in touch with what to do next!
Step 3 - We confirm the order with you
Once we have your chosen bike and voucher details, we will confirm the next steps and make sure your order is processed correctly before the bike is prepared.

Why use the Cycle to Work scheme?
The Cycle to Work scheme can save you up to 40%, depending on your circumstances, while allowing you to spread the cost over monthly payments.
For example, a £500 voucher could cost around £325 over 12 months for someone on a lower tax bracket, which works out at around £27 per month. Exact savings will vary depending on your tax band and scheme rules.
It is a simple way to make a better bike more affordable, while potentially saving money on fuel and making your day-to-day travel more enjoyable.
Important information
Sale bikes and discounted items: Heavily reduced sale items may carry a small additional fee, usually around 10 to 15% of the full RRP, due to scheme commission charges.
Shipping charges: We charge a £60 UK shipping fee, or £150 for cargo bikes, to cover delivery anywhere in the UK.
Holding deposit: The shipping charge can also be used as a holding deposit while you wait for your voucher to be issued.
