Booking Instructions:

1. Select your preferred pick-up date and time.
2. Choose your hire duration.
3. Select the hire bikes/items that best suit your needs.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your payment.
5. Shortly after, you will receive a booking confirmation email. This secures the bikes for your chosen hire period!
6. Please sign the hire waiver at the bottom of the booking confirmation email (or in-store before collection).
   
   Your hire items will be ready at Team Cycles - Gateshead at your chosen date and time.

Please Note: You must have your booking confirmation email to secure your hire bike. If you have not received it, please contact [email protected]. A provisional booking email does NOT guarantee your booking — you must have the confirmation email.

On arrival, please bring:

• A form of photographic ID matching the name on the booking.
