Trek is celebrating 50 years of changing the world through bikes. In its first 50 years, Trek grew from a small Wisconsin barn into a global brand, and every rider, retailer, and customer has been part of that journey. To honour the story so far, Trek is kicking off a year-long anniversary celebration focused on the past, present, and future of the brand, and it starts with a very limited run of special bikes.
This page is dedicated to the Trek 50th Anniversary bike collection, featuring three limited edition builds that are only available to pre-order for a short window. If you want one, you need to move quickly and yes, this is the bit where you pretend you are being sensible and not emotionally attached to a paint scheme.

Important: all pre-orders are final and cannot be cancelled. On April 13, the order window will close.
Delivery: expected to begin in June, with remaining orders expected to begin shipping one month later.

The 50th Anniversary Collection
The 50th Anniversary Collection includes two Project One ICONs, an SL Replica scheme, and a suite of limited edition aftermarket products. The bikes included in the anniversary collection are:
The First 50 Project One ICON (Madone SLR 9 AXS)
The First 50 brings five decades of Trek history to life, featuring illustrations that represent iconic stories and what the brand stands for. It celebrates the moments, people, and innovations that shaped Trek. It’s a collector’s item and a rolling timeline that riders can experience every time they ride, with details and surprises across the frame. Lidl-Trek will race The First 50 ICON in the 2026 Tour de France and Tour de France Femmes, and the order window will be closed by then.

The First 50 Replica is available on the Madone SL 7 and features many of the same graphic and storytelling elements as The First 50 ICON, but without some of the special edition details and additions. This is a more approachable build, crafted for a broader audience.

No. 76 Project One ICON (Madone SLR 9 AXS)
No. 76 is a bridge between where Trek began and where it’s heading. It brings the original Trek logo set and heritage blue inspired by Trek’s earliest days to the modern Madone SLR 9 AXS platform.
