The Team Cycles Christmas Club is back, giving you an easier way to secure the bike you want for Christmas without having to pay the full amount upfront.

Choose ANY bike (excluding Ex-Hire/Ex-Demo/Used bikes), pay a 10% deposit, and we'll reserve it for you. From there, you can pay whatever you like, whenever you like, right up until the Christmas cut-off date.

There are no set payment dates, no minimum payment amounts and 0% interest. Simply make payments when it suits you and make sure the balance is paid in full before your chosen collection or delivery deadline.

Step 1

Choose ANY Bike

Kids bikes, mountain bikes, road bikes, gravel bikes or e-bikes, the Christmas Club is available on any bike*.

Pay a 10% Deposit

Once you've chosen your bike, email [email protected] with the bike, size and your contact details.

Our team will create your Christmas Club order and arrange payment of your 10% deposit**. Once the deposit has been paid, your chosen bike is secured and reserved for you.

Pay At Your Own Pace

There are no fixed monthly payments and no minimum payment amounts. Pay as much or as little as you like, whenever you like, provided the full balance is cleared by the relevant Christmas cut-off date.

Collection or Delivery

Once your bike has been paid for in full, we'll prepare it for collection or delivery.

For Christmas delivery, the balance must be paid by 2pm on 15th December for us to ship it on the 16th December.

For Click & Collect, the balance must be paid and collected by23rd December.

The Earlier You Join, The Easier It Is

Our Christmas Club is designed to make spreading the cost of a new bike as flexible as possible — and the earlier you secure your bike, the longer you have to pay off the balance.

For example, on a £1,000 bike:

  • 10% deposit: £100
  • Remaining balance: £900
  • Join now (From October 1st): around £69 per week until the final Click & Collect payment deadline
  • Wait until November: the same £900 balance would need to be paid over a much shorter period
  • Wait until December: you could be left with just a few weeks to clear the full balance

There are no fixed weekly or monthly payments — these figures are simply examples. You can pay whatever you like, whenever you like, as long as the bike is paid for in full by the relevant cut-off date.

Your bike must be fully paid for and collected by 4pm on 23rd December.

Shipping

Your bike must be fully paid for by 2pm on 15th December to allow us time to build and box your bike.

We recommend completing your payments as early as possible during the busy Christmas period.

Christmas Club FAQ's

How much is the deposit?

  • A 10% deposit is required to secure your bike.

Is the deposit refundable?

  • **No. The 10% Christmas Club deposit is non-refundable.

Which bikes are included?

  • *Any bike. Excluding all Ex-Hire/Ex-Demo/Used bikes.

Does paying the deposit reserve my bike?

  • Yes. Once your Christmas Club order has been created and the deposit has been paid, your chosen bike is reserved for you.

Do I have to make monthly payments?

  • No. There are no set payment dates or monthly payment schedule.
  • You can pay towards the balance whenever it suits you, provided the bike is fully paid for before the relevant Christmas cut-off date.

Are there minimum payments?

  • No. There is no minimum amount for additional payments.
  • Pay whatever you like, whenever you like.

Is there any interest?

  • No. The Christmas Club is 0% interest.
  • You simply pay towards the outstanding balance of your bike.

How do I make another payment?

  • Email [email protected] and our team can arrange your next payment.
  • Alternatively, simply visit us in-store.

Can I pay the balance off early?

  • Absolutely. You can clear the remaining balance at any point.

Can I add accessories to my Christmas Club?

  • The Christmas Club is for bikes, however accessories such as helmets can also be added.
  • Accessories by themselves cannot be used on the Christmas Club.

Can my bike be delivered?

  • Yes. You can choose delivery or Click & Collect, provided your bike has been paid for in full before the relevant deadline.
  • Christmas Shipping: Payment must be completed by 2pm on 15th December, with the final shipping date being 16th December.
  • Click & Collect: Payment must be completed by 2pm on 22nd December, with the final collection date being 23rd December.

What happens if I haven't paid the full balance by the deadline?

  • The bike cannot be released or dispatched until the outstanding balance has been paid in full.
